Volunteer: First Friday Fieldwork
As winter approaches and some properties could use a bit of tending to before the colder seasons settle in, we invite you to volunteer alongside Land Bank and San Juan Preservation Trust staff at the Turtleback Mountain Preserve.
The third iteration of this collaborative event series, tasks may include planting Garry oak acorns and native wildflowers, invasive plant control, and performing trail maintenance.
This event is co-sponsored by the San Juan County Conservation Land Bank, which owns and manages the preserve, and the San Juan Preservation Trust, which owns a conservation easement on the property and supports stewardship activities through its stewardship endowment and events like these.
